About Me:
Jill is a 1998 graduate of Westmont Hilltop High School. She went on to graduate from Eastern Kentucky University in 2002 with a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic training and a minor in Psychology. Continued her education at Ohio University graduating with a Masters of Science with a specialization in Cardiac and Pulmonary rehabilitation in 2003. Jill completed her internship at Johns Hopkins Medical Center and spent several years following her internship working at 2 different hospitals in the Baltimore area. She returned back to Johnstown in 2005 to attend Conemaugh School of Nursing where she graduated with an associates degree in nursing in 2007. She worked as a registered nurse on Telemetry for several years and then transitioned to the intensive care unit for several more years while completing her BSN and MSN from Carlow University graduating in 2014. She is board certified as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She started her Nurse Practitioner career at Conemaugh OB/GYN Associates alongside Dr. Khouzami, working specifically with high risk pregnancies. From there, Jill went on to work at SCI Laurel Highlands for several years gaining valuable experience in acute, long term, and chronic care management. She transitioned back to Johnstown in 2019 working for Dr. Rundorff & Dr. Bergin focused on the daily care of patients at Crichton Center. In March 2022, Jill joined Prime Care Providers practice to assist in building and staffing an acute care clinic while also building a family practice patient load. She is excited to serve and give back to the community that she loves!
