Established in October of 2019. We are a primary care practice that focuses on patient care and the needs of each individual. Our providers take the time needed with every patient. We have 4 offices across Cambria, Somerset, and Westmoreland Counties. We offer a walk-in clinic at our Westmont office for our patients’ urgent needs.
